Profile
Everly is a sociable, cozy, and diverse neighborhood restaurant on Monroe Street near UW Campus. A big outdoor seating space and an indoor/outdoor bar are present in the bright, breezy venue. The pleasant and sociable Everly is a great place to get up with friends for lunch, dinner, or weekend brunch. Brunch items include smoked salmon, breakfast potatoes, broccoli, cheddar quiche, and cinnamon rolls from Hubbard Avenue Diner. The menu also features delectable mains like Grille Oyster Mushrooms Vesuvio, Black Currant Marinated Salmon, and Chicken Tika Masala Flatbread Sandwich.
According to the Food Fight team, the cherished Bluephies Restaurant needed a completely new design and felt. Everly would be a tribute to Californian cuisine, libations, and culture emphasizing fresh vegetables. The architecture, engineering, and construction teams of Iconica collaborated to bring Everly to reality. Plans were developed in response to the design request using as many natural materials, textures, and colors from the outdoors as feasible. The fresh and light cuisine that Caitlin Suemnicht and Chef Scott Harrell selected for the new restaurant is highlighted by all of these design elements.
Everly serves a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. In addition to the Upside Dawn Non-Alcoholic Golden Ale from the Athletic Brewing Co., they serve teas and coffees. You can try the Hibiscus Limeade or the Blueberry Matcha Latte.
