Pharm Table advocates a predominantly plant-forward diet with fewer clean animal proteins, drawing on findings from the Harvard School of Public Health, National Geographic Blue Zones, Ayurveda, and other anti-inflammatory diets. The time-honored tradition informs the restaurant’s food philosophy of eating seasonally and buying local produce, which lowers its carbon footprint and boosts the well-being of the neighborhood and environment.
Pharm Table constructs its menus to use kitchen scraps and trimmings, increasing the nutrients available in plant skins and reducing food waste. Long-term health also requires community and consciousness; Pharm Table is a way of life, not a diet. Thus, it has everything for everyone. Pharm Table serves a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Aside from teas and matcha lattes, the bar offers non-alcoholic beers and cocktails. You can ask for the Untitled Art Dragonfruit Mango N/A or the N/A-Groni, which is made with Seedlip Spice 94, aperitif Rosso, and Blue Mountain verjus. Pharm Table promotes communal dining areas and the value of sharing meals with like-minded individuals.
