Profile
A specially constructed, wood-burning hearth can be found at the restaurant Ember & Ash. It partners with local farms and purveyors committed to reducing their carbon footprint while presenting the finest regional ingredients. The restaurant’s carefully designed food and beverage programs have made it possible for them to make the most of every component of their ingredients, reducing waste and fostering sustainability.
Ember & Ash could not stick with a typical “mocktail” or “zero-proof drink” menu since its cuisine featured so many strange foods, such as pig’s head. The restaurant’s non-alcoholic beverages are called “Non-Booze Jawns.” The Korean Spice Margarita is one of its N/A drinks, made with gochujang, lime, mandarin purée, ginger, and barley.
