The Sudra has been serving plant-based food to its customers since 2013. This chic vegan restaurant is famous for its Indian-inspired menu and a wide selection of specialty cocktails. If you don’t know anything about Indian food, you can always ask their knowledgeable staff about the components of their meals. They are always happy to assist and can even make suggestions based on your craving! They don’t have regular food choices for non-vegan people, but the foods are definitely enjoyable; you won’t notice that they are 100% plant-based. Indoor and outdoor seating is available, with some bar-style seating and a big community-style table in the middle.

The mocktails list includes Mango Lassi (housemade coconut yogurt, mango), Nanda Devi (house chai, simple syrup, oat milk, served hot or cold), Bandit Queen (cucumber juice, lemon juice, mint syrup, chili salt rim), Tamarind Limeade (tamarind, lime juice, orange juice, agave, chili salt rim), and Masala Film (mango puree, ginger juice, lime juice, simple syrup). Aside from the other N/A options, like their seasonal draft kombucha, The Sudra serves loose-leaf teas that are combined with unique flavors, such as chocolate, chai spice, and lavender.
