Profile
The biggest independent fine wine retailer in the nation is Total Wine & More, known as America’s Wine Superstore. Brothers David and Robert Trone launched a tiny shop in Delaware in 1991, and that is how everything started. They now run 244 superstores in 27 states and are expanding. Total Wine & More provides the best wine assortment in the country, with a focus on quality wines. Every wine-producing region in the globe is represented by more than 8,000 different wines in their typical store. Additionally, the typical Total Wine & More carries more than 2,500 beers, ranging from the most well-known brands in America to obscure imports and microbrews, and over 3,000 different spirits in every category and price point.
More than 11,000 hardworking men and women work for Total Wine & More, including 2,102 members of the wine service staff and 427 Total Wine Professionals, the most qualified wine experts. All of the wine team members participate in intensive training sessions, weekly team wine tastings, and monthly seminars with wine producers. Many visit wine-producing locations to meet winemakers and taste their wines firsthand.
It’s no surprise that Total Wine & More carries a variety of non-alcoholic beers, wines, and spirits. You can choose from Stella Artois Liberte N/A, Almost Zero Non-Alcoholic Radiant Red, and Spiritless Non-Alcoholic Whiskey Sour. Each N/A selection on their website has sufficient information about the produce: the taste, where it’s from, and the size of the can or bottle.
