Profile
Gia is a 19th-century modern restaurant with several distinctive areas. They are Greensboro’s most noticeable speakeasy, and you can find them on New Garden Road. To get a wonderful encounter with their knowledgeable staff, enter the retail area and follow the drive to the back of the building. There is additional parking there, and a staircase leads up to GIA. For presentations, all of their rooms are A/V suitable. For whatever type of gathering you can think of, including business meetings, dinner parties, celebrations, and cocktail gatherings, Gia has the perfect venue for you.
GIA’s unique cocktails are great with their charcuterie and internationally-inspired food. Executive Chef Eric Hess of GIA exclusively creates an ever-evolving kitchen and brunch menu. Chef Hess sources the goods from the best farmers and purveyors in the neighborhood. Interestingly, they serve zero-proof cocktails made with Lyre’s Zero-Proof spirits, which you can also purchase from the bar. Try their Rural Hall Mojito, made with raspberry puree, lime, mint, soda water, and Lyre’s White Cane Spirit. Meanwhile, their wine list aims to have a well-balanced range of traditional and uncommon wines that never fail to delight the palate.
Everybody can enjoy GIA! Become part of their Chefs Table or the upcoming Cocktail Class. Their events coordinator, Eric Snow, is an expert at organizing parties and will make all the arrangements for you regardless of the venue.
