Profile
Differential Brewing is a small, locally owned brewery that specializes in producing craft beers that are simple and easy to drink. You can visit their taproom on the SE corner of Yale and Garfield. With outdoor seating at their venue, they operate different food trucks from various businesses for the whole week. From Monday through Saturday, respectively, these food trucks serve Differential Brewing’s patrons: Chilaquil Extremo, All Greek to Me, Zia Bros Pizza, Umami Moto, The Pop-up Truck, and La Sirenita.
Differential Brewing’s simple guiding principle is that lighter beers shouldn’t be dreaded. They should receive the same passionate craft treatment as IPAs. In order to do this, the brewery is committed to producing lower IBU and lower ABV beers that are incredibly palatable but have character. However, the best that New Mexico has to offer is always featured on their long list of guest taps. With New Mexican spirits available, creating a premium cocktail menu was only natural. Differential Brewing is pleased to present you with a menu that reflects its development into a more comprehensive bar and features a wide variety of regional spirits.
For non-alcoholic drinkers, Differential Brewing serves N/A options like the New Mexico Ferments Kombucha, Fever Tree Ginger Beer, and Fever Tree Sparkling Pink Grapefruit.
