They cordially invite you to be a part of the community at Marcus B&P, where Chef Marcus Samuelsson will share his love of culture and cuisine with the area they are so pleased to call home. Marcus B&P pays respect to the Swedish idea of a “back pocket” (BP) by offering an all-day menu. This establishment is where you may meet up with family, friends, or coworkers at the bar (the “B”) or get some delectable locally prepared provisions to take home (the “P”) any day or night of the week.
The celebrated chef behind several restaurants throughout the world, Samuelsson was the youngest individual to get a three-star rating from The New York Times. He received eight James Beard Foundation honors as a chef, author, and TV personality, most recently for his work as the head judge on Top Chef: Family Style and the host of On the Rise. He served as the guest chef at the first state banquet of the Obama Administration. As a devoted philanthropist, Samuelsson serves as co-chair of the Careers through Culinary Arts Program (C-CAP), which aids underprivileged kids.
Marcus B&P serves a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. For customers who don’t drink, they can always ask for coffee, tea, or Maine Root Spicy Ginger Beer, which is N/A. You can pair these refreshments with Deviled Eggs, Grilled Hanger Steak, or Seasonal Gelato from the food menu.
