Profile
A design and hospitality team, Rowen and Rebecca turned their dream into reality with Frankie. The foundation of Frankie is their love of travel, a nod to Rowen’s native Sydney, Australia, and coastal destinations. It is named after a large-hearted Chihuahua whose reputation precedes her people. The idea was to establish a no-frills, casual neighborhood location that concentrated on superior quality ingredients, similar to the restaurants in Sydney.
Frankie is a place of its own, packed with many plants, tributes to the surf culture, and neon blue lettering on the exterior. Its beachy, coastal atmosphere frequently makes visitors think of cities like Miami or Los Angeles—really, anywhere warm—and that was the intention. Instead of going with a too-industrial look, they chose a contemporary, boho-meets-retro style with sorbet tones on the walls, metallic finishes at the bar, plush furniture, lantern lighting, and handcrafted mobiles that remind her of sunsets.
The relaxed atmosphere of the Australian-inspired bar and restaurant is the ideal match to the spot’s all-inclusive approach to mocktails. They make refreshing concoctions with rosebud CBD, such as the Flower In The Sun, which is a mix of fresh pineapple juice, thyme, lime, and egg white. Customers can add rosebud CBD to any beverage!
