Profile
With its art deco flare and dazzling tones of black, pearl, gold, and deep burgundy, Rosina Cocktail Lounge epitomizes classic elegance. A chic and opulent cocktail retreat in The Palazzo tower, Rosina honors the traditional cocktail with a menu of cherished originals made with the finest ingredients and a Champagne call button that invites visitors to order a glass or a bottle. This location is a wonderful discovery just below the Palazzo elevators. The modest area (which seats about 50 to 65 people) has opulent finishes and exquisite lighting. With the exception of the slot machines, you can see through the glass, it’s so entrancing you’ll nearly forget where you are.
On the menu, there are no bizarre ingredients or tinctures. Simple, flawlessly presented, tried-and-true classics, divided into three groups: “shaken,” “stirred,” and “bubbly.” If you’re staying at the Palazzo or the Venetian, this is a chic location for a nightcap. Due to its proximity to the casino floor, the bar attracts casually attired guests who have simply walked in and cocktail lovers who are there for pre-dinner beverages. You won’t have to wait long for a drink because the bartenders and servers manning the space are attentive. You can try their non-alcoholic concoctions like the Virgin Islands Cooler, made with pineapple juice, lime, housemade ginger syrup, Cann, and Luxardo cherries.
