Profile
Give yourself one day to stray from the food plan before recommitting to this nutritious diet. Hello Juice & Smoothie is located at 1000 S. Just outside of The Grove neighborhood is Newstead Ave. In keeping with its name, the idea largely concentrates on freshly squeezed juices, smoothies, and bowls in addition to a succinct yet tasty selection of salads and toasts. After a year of pop-up tastings at nearby eateries and bars, co-owners Jordan and Kayla Bauer opened the juice bar to introduce something fresh to the neighborhood.
There is a variety of seating options at Hello Juice, including bar stools, tables, and couches. There is a meeting room with eight to ten seats, and the basement features a play area for children and a more laid-back atmosphere with hammocks.
A few seasonal fresh-pressed juices are offered daily from the bar; a recent selection featured strawberry, pineapple, and orange with a dash of ginger. The cold-pressed juices are available in bottles and are named Brenda, Bruce, Ken, Karen, and Kathy. You might like Debra which is made with carrot, pineapple, strawberry, ginger, and cayenne. Another distinctive item is loaded toasts made with rustic sourdough from Knead Bakehouse + Provisions. Hello Juice & Smoothie plans to add seasonal goods to its menus, such as bone broth or superfood lattes.
