The seasonal menus, produced using products found locally, are motivated by the word “Fresko,” which means “fresh.” When feasible, Fresko produces natural food using the wealth of Iowan farmers. The culinary staff carefully crafts each stage of the product preparation process using natural, time-tested methods. This supports the local community and enhances the restaurant’s tasty and nutritious goods.
Fresko can also ease your concerns and provide a wonderful experience for you and your guests, whether you plan to celebrate your love story, plan a business conference, mark a milestone, host a family reunion, or everything in between. The banquet room can hold up to 45 people, while the executive lounge room can handle up to 30 people. Additionally, the two rooms can be combined to host up to 100 guests!
With an extensive spirits menu, sixteen beers on tap, as well as bottles and cans, Fresko offers a fantastic selection of unique drinks. Fresko’s wine list places a premium on high-quality, inexpensive options for our customers. Aside from these alcoholic selections, a wide variety of mocktails is available for non-drinkers. The non-alcoholic options include Heineken 0.0 and Lagunitas IPNA. You can try their Gardener’s Grandchild mocktail, made with basil, mint, strawberry, lime, and ginger beer.
