Profile
Since February 2022, the restaurant, named after its street address, has offered the same kind of hospitality that customers have come to know and love from Lynn Pritchard, Jake Humburg, and their team’s prior work at Table 128 in Clive. They are now emphasizing the Midwest’s newest and most innovative foods and beverages. You’ve come to the correct place if you’re in the mood for just a few nibbles and drinks, a full meal, or a stylish location for your upcoming private event. For a private, unique experience, pull up a chair at the bar or in the Pullman-style dining room.
53 people can fit in the new 503, which is little considering how little space there is. Bar seating, high tops, low tops, and an internal dining room for bigger parties are all options for diners. There is a sense of camaraderie in the area thanks to the comfortable surroundings and informal seating arrangement.
In addition to a regular cocktail menu, 503 will feature thoughtful, nuanced non-alcoholic drinks inspired by Pritchard’s own path to consume less alcohol. The non-alcoholic beverage program will act as a beneficial alternative to the casual drinking tradition. The zero-proof selection includes the Chocolate Old Fashioned, made with zero-proof whiskey, chocolate bitters, and demerara sugar. You can also try their Orange & Cardamom Spritz, which contains orange, green cardamom, lemon, and sparkling water.
