Profile
Founded in 2009 and situated in the storied Chinatown district, Manifest is a compilation of various ideas. It functions as a café during the day, a cocktail bar in the late afternoon, and a nightclub in the early evening. That’s the formula that works at Manifest, one of a few bars in Honolulu pushing the city’s cocktail scene in fascinating new directions. Another little-known detail about Manifest is that Pacific islanders have used it as an art gallery for the past ten years to display their creations.
Manifest has one of Honolulu’s largest whiskey collections and excels in traditional drinks and original combinations. Here, you’ll be inspired to swap out your mai tai for a more contemporary Hawaiian drink. It is understandable why residents and tourists alike like the pub because of its cocktail combinations. Non-alcoholic options are also available at the bar, which includes Italian soda with various flavors, such as hazelnut, almond, peppermint, and vanilla. You can also try their Arnold Palmer, made using half lemonade and half tea of your choice.
Upon request, espressos, lattes, cappuccinos, and a selection of teas are all available. Their espresso beans come from a farm in Waialua, which is close by on the north shore of Oahu.
