Seminole Heights’ Rooster & the Till, run by chefs Ferrell Alvarez, Ty Rodriguez, and Chon Nguyen, serves up some of the neighborhood’s most intriguing food and drinks. What began as a 37-seat restaurant in 2013 with a few induction burners has grown into a 72-seat, award-winning venue with an ever-changing wine list and menu for daring guests seeking novel sensations.

Rooster & the Till, which was ranked No. 1 on the Tampa Bay Times’ Top 50 list of 2018, is co-owned by Chef Ferrell Alvarez (a 2017 James Beard Foundation semifinalist, Best Chef South), and Ty Rodriguez, a longtime business partner, and friend.
