Profile
Good Intentions is a full-service bar and vegan restaurant with a first-of-its-kind concept in St. Pete. The owners of Nah Dogs, Golden Dinosaurs, and Black Radish Vegan Grocery Store collaborated on this highly anticipated vegan hot spot. Good Intentions advertises vegan, contemporary New American cuisine along with a traditional bar menu.
Before opening, the enormous space underwent repairs for over a year. Initial designs showed a stunning dining area with a huge, wraparound bar serving as its focal point. As the brainchild of three of the Burg’s best vegan restaurants, the restaurant became a hotspot for vegan dining, particularly given its location — where you can get pre-game drinks for the Rays. The bar provides a large selection of traditional and modern cocktails, mocktails, beer and wine lists, and great food.
Aside from Bud Zero and Guinness Zero, the non-alcoholic options include the Frankie Goes To Dollywood. This mocktail is made with pineapple, orgeat, Monin Blue Curacao, lime, and club soda. Their Zero ABV selections can easily be turned into signature cocktails by adding your choice of an alcoholic component. Good Intentions also serves St. Pete Ferments Kombucha, ginger ale, and Liquid Death Sparkling. These are carbonated water without alcohol, so it’s great for non-drinkers.
