Profile
Le Jardinier—the French word for “gardener”—evokes a contemporary greenhouse in the Miami Design District with its delectable food and stunning spaces. Michelin-starred Chef Alain Verzeroli’s cuisine emphasizes the finest vegetables, seasonal products, and fresh herbs, blending in beautifully with the contemporary, luminous surroundings created by award-winning Architect Pierre-Yves Rochon. The upscale yet approachable cuisine, setting, and service combine to form a complete hospitality experience.
The modern interior is decorated with one-of-a-kind, specially constructed black and white marble walls and floors, metal seats, marble tables, and striking light fixtures. The restaurant has green accents to go with the menu’s emphasis on vegetables, including a vertical garden that serves as the back wall’s main point. With circular accent lights hidden behind the glass shelving, a 17-seat black marble table is set off to the side.
The cocktail menu at Le Jardinier was created to go with Chef Verzeroli’s contemporary, vegetable-focused meal. High-end craft spirits and fortified wines are used in the drinks, which also strongly focus on spectacular presentations and distinctive glassware. Additionally, a variety of creative non-alcoholic cocktails made with teas, juices from fresh fruits and vegetables, fresh herbs, and in-house tinctures of bitter flavors are available. The N/A selection includes Le Jardin (cucumber, mint, lime, soda) and Anana (toasted rice, pineapple, lime). Aside from these zero-proof drinks, there are also ciders, beers, and spirits on the menu.
