Beaker & Gray, a renowned restaurant and craft cocktail bar in Miami’s hip Wynwood district, offers a menu of shareable plates with international influences and an award-winning beverage program. Beaker & Gray offers indoor and outdoor dining and is recognized for having Wynwood’s greatest happy hour, late-night bar scene, and bottomless Saturday and Sunday Brunch. Ben Potts, the bar director, and executive chef Brian Nasajon founded Beaker & Gray together. Since childhood, Brian and Ben have had a common goal of developing a team that works alongside them rather than for them. They think that supporting their personnel will inspire them to support Beaker & Gray and its customers.
Bartenders mix cocktails in beakers, which are mixing cups, while a fine serving and plating spoon is called a “Gray Spoon.” Professionals in the sector who prioritize the caliber of their output employ both of these technologies. In addition to a wide range of alcoholic options, Beaker & Gray serves mocktails. The mocktail selection includes the Lyre Liar Spritz (Seedlip Spice 94, Lyre Italian Spritz, strawberry, lemon, soda), The Gypsy King (Seedlip Grove 42, Lyre’s Italian Orange, fermented cantaloupe shrub, passion fruit, tonic), and Aguachile (Seedlip Garden 108, pineapple, agave, cilantro, lime, chili-lime-cumin salt). You may also try the cocktail of the day if you want some booze.
