Chef Michael Midgley, who has been cooking since he was fourteen, opened Midgley’s Public House in November 2014 and introduced his culinary skills to Lincoln Center. In the food industry, Chef Midgley has established a reputation for himself. He graduated from California Culinary Academy in San Francisco. He is not limited to San Joaquin County by his large and vibrant attitude. He participated in “Top Chef” on Bravo television and won the “Cut Throat Kitchen” competition on the Food Network. The Certified Angus Beef brand has appointed Chef Midgley as a brand ambassador.
As a “celebrity chef,” he has appeared as a judge on Bravo’s “Top Chef Masters” and the Esquire network’s “Knife Fight,” as well as on CNBC’s Restaurant Start Up with his wife, Laci. His fame as a celebrity chef is now taking a second seat to his love of running his restaurant and his love of cooking delicious food!
American fusion cuisine is served in the lively Midgley’s Public House, with premium liquor and wine. They also hold a three-course meal special and weekly lunch specials.
