Profile
Live music wasn’t even a concept when Spaghettini initially started serving customers. The owners have plenty of issues and concerns to keep them occupied and have been busy from the day they launched. However, the establishment possessed a sizable, stunning bar mainly used as a dining room waiting area. So they decided to purchase a piano and hire a pianist. The pianist later invited his friend, a saxophonist, to join, who then invited a drummer, and thus the musical composition of Spaghettini was formed. Spaghettini has hosted hundreds of outstanding musicians, making it one of the nation’s most well-known little music venues. The venue has accommodated a number of well-known performers, including Dave Koz, Poncho Sanchez, John Mayall, and Kenny Loggins, in addition to some exceptional local talent.
Explore the Spaghettini dining experience by savoring dishes from Chef Victor Avila and wines from DAOU Vineyards, Justin Winery, and Caymus Vineyards on the wine list that has been carefully selected. Their drink offerings are the result of extensive planning. You will undoubtedly find the ideal accompaniment to your braised short ribs, hand-crafted pizza, or Tahitian vanilla butter cake, whether it be from the carefully picked wine collection or the hand-crafted cocktails and mocktails. The mocktail selection includes the Blueberry Smash Cooler and the Indian Wells Root Beer on draft.
