Perla is an authentic family-run restaurant situated at the intersection of W Fourth Street and N Birch Street in the heart of Downtown Santa Ana. It is an excellent example of the variety of Mexican cuisine. The primary goal is to introduce authentic Mexican flavors that have been improved with a special touch derived from age-old family recipes and customs.
The restaurant, run by a mother-daughter team, serves dishes made from family recipes that feature the most genuine Mexican flavors and represent different regions of the nation. They designed the menu to take clients to mysterious parts of Mexico while retaining a handcrafted touch in each dish. Events are accommodated at Perla with a private room of 700-square feet and an outdoor garden for receptions. The venue features an open layout, versatile seating configurations, and removable furniture.
Aside from specialty flights and dessert cocktails, Perla serves cervezas with non-alcoholic options, like the Heineken 0.0. You can pair these refreshing drinks with a wide variety of food, such as short rib tacos, Black Angus New York, and Enchiladas de Langosta. Perla holds Taco Tuesdays with specials available on the menu.
