Hawks Provisions + Public House is another venture by husband and wife partnership Molly Hawks and Michael Fagnoni. The newest addition to East Sacramento has a lot to offer; next door, Provisions has everything you need to make your day a bit sweeter, with artisan espresso drinks and delicious baked products. Meanwhile, Hawks Public House features a gastropub-style restaurant and bar. It accommodates private events for approximately 55 guests as well as catering needs.
The kitchen of Hawks Public House is run by Chef Derek Sawyer, who creates a menu centered on using the best products from nearby producers and small farms. A wide variety of sharing dishes are available on the supper, lunch, and brunch menus, as well as a carefully curated selection of entrees. Public House also includes a complete bar emphasizing regional beers and craft drinks. You can choose from various alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks from the beverage menu. The handcrafted N/A selection includes the Sour Cherry Lime Fizz, made with freshly squeezed lime juice, sour cherry, and sparkling water. You can also get the Run Wild IPA N/A from Athletic Brewing Co. The afternoon menu involves food pairings for your drinks.
