Allora is a wine-focused meeting place that honors Italy and Sacramento’s abundance and is rich in Italian heritage and local products. The chefs at Allora worked together to create a hyper-seasonal menu that pays homage to the ancient world while offering a new viewpoint. Seafood, freshly produced pasta, and locally sourced, seasonally appropriate ingredients are included in modern fine dining. The centerpiece of Allora and the vision of advanced sommelier and co-owner Elizabeth-Rose Mandalou is a 22-foot-tall wine cellar. You may expect to encounter labels you can’t find anywhere else in Sacramento with the more than 200 varieties of California and European-inspired wines available. The staff will lead you through an exciting & incredibly entertaining wine experience.
Aside from an obviously wide selection of wines, Allora serves other alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Its N/A cocktail selection includes the Ginless Cherry Tonic, which is made with Seedlip Grove 42, Aromatic Botanicals, and housemade cherry bark tonic. The N/A Erdinger from Germany is also available.
