Profile
One of Southern California’s earliest concepts for a retail wine shop within a restaurant is the Italian restaurant chain CUCINA. Their recipes combine the rich wealth of California with Italian flavors, allowing regional ingredients to influence culinary style.
The modern Italian cuisine served at CUCINA enoteca is produced with an emphasis on California seasonality and the abundance of nearby farmers. The from-scratch dishes are typified by the combination of Southern California’s organic freshness with Italian flavors. While running an extensive in-house program that includes housemade charcuterie and sausage, artisanal bread, cheese, and pasta made from scratch, the brilliant chef teams are committed to crafting new, seasonal cuisine.
The wine selection is vibrant, varied, and fun, with more than 200 labels from different countries, with a concentration on Italian and California varieties. The people who work on the farms and at the wineries are behind the label, and CUCINA enoteca wants to share that value with its guests.
CUCINA enoteca also serves a wide selection of non-alcoholic drinks to its patrons. You can ask for the Erdinger N/A or the zero-proof cocktails, such as the Aquazul, which is made from strawberry, mint, lime, ginger, and soda. Hibiscus Lemonade and Hank’s Root Beer are also available.
