Profile
When Colton’s first launched in 2016, they referred to themselves as a Social House because they wanted the atmosphere they were trying to create to be reflected in their name. They still think the need to interact with others is just as fundamental as the need to eat, even though social behaviors may have changed recently. Customers are invited to dine and drink on Colton’s patio and take advantage of the socially healing setting. They provide modern comfort food in a relaxed setting with a heavy emphasis on social therapy and real hospitality.
In order to highlight other local businesses’ products to their customers and the community, Colton’s has formed relationships with them and will continue to do so for everything from the vegetables they carry and the hand-packed Angus meat for their burgers to their craft beer and wine selections. The seasonal menu contains delectable food and drinks servings with locally sourced ingredients.
Colton’s selection of drinks involves alcoholic and non-alcoholic options. If you are a non-alcoholic drinker, you can try the N/A St. Pauli and housemade mocktails, such as the Apricot Mock-Jito, Blood Orange Lemonade, Strawberry Mock-Olada, and the Watermelon Limeade. The drinks are made using fresh ingredients. Iced teas, decaf coffee, and fountain drinks are also available.
