Profile
With 40 rotating taps, Wicked Rain in Gilbert serves your favorite beers from the Pacific Northwest and Arizona. The best of the northwest coast is what they’re bringing to your table, along with a fantastic time! The craft beer pub has a sizable centerpiece that displays Tony Newman’s two-decade beer history. He has amassed the customary pint glasses from each brewery he has visited over the past 30 years in the Pacific Northwest and Arizona.
Wicked Rain’s co-owners, Tony and Catherine, started the business to celebrate their passion for their native Pacific Northwest (PNW) and now Arizona. The craft beer menu is thoughtfully chosen to highlight brewers from both regions to provide a home for other PNW culture, sports, and suds enthusiasts. You can pick from a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beers. For non-drinkers, you can ask for the Sonoran Root Beer from the Sonoran Brewing Company and Good To Go Golden and Bright Eyed IPA from Omission Brewing.
Not everything that came down from the PNW is beer. Along with them are regionally distinctive dishes. Wicked Rain also offers a Seattle Style Teriyaki, a Seattle Dog, Ivar’s Clam Chowder, and Beecher’s Mac & Cheese. They wanted to share these small dishes with everyone in Arizona because they are all easily accessible in Seattle.
