Profile
The Bar in Gilbert is more majestic than its predecessor in Phoenix. It has a pool table, numerous TVs, and a powerful audio system. Even though the John Blaze Honey Hot wings will remain, the menu will grow to include scratch-made bar items created by Chef Arturo Garino. The restaurant pays homage to Tarantino’s “Pulp Fiction” with not only design but also dishes like the Royale with Cheese and adult milkshakes inspired by the film.
You’re in luck if you’ve always wanted to try a Royale With Cheese! All of your favorite treats from Quentin Tarantino’s classic neo-noir movie are available at The Bar in Gilbert, including injectable doughnuts (after Vince Vega attempts to save Mia Wallace’s life) that you can sip on while drinking a Jules. How come Pulp Fiction? Owner and General Manager Paige Hansen stated that since their sister establishment is decorated in a Big Lebowski theme, they wanted to parody another iconic work of popular culture. As soon as you enter, a huge mural depicting your favorite sinister hired guns of the criminal underworld will welcome you. The neon signs adorning the walls are replicas of those seen in the bar scene. Check your surroundings carefully to see if you can find the briefcase.
The Bar serves different kinds of beverages, including non-alcoholic ones, such as Heineken 0.0. It is highly advised that you schedule a visit there, particularly on the weekends when the atmosphere will be more upbeat and loud than ever.
