Esoteric is the creation of a husband and wife business duo who have a passion for good, uncommon craft beer and unusual, selected delicacies. They also appreciate aesthetics and simply designed rooms because they encourage a return to the finer aspects of eating, drinking, and conversing. Esoteric’s space doesn’t have a television, but it does have a lot of charm and well-maintained architectural details from the 1920s when fine craftsmanship was in style.

Esoteric is proud that they are listed on the Virginia Beach Historical Registry and intend to encourage and inspire other companies to follow its lead. Their location has a sizable, unique, and valuable green space on land where they grow a big portion of their food along with incredibly cool and carefully chosen companion enterprises. The area can be used to host events, get creative, or just relax while enjoying some food at their outdoor chef’s table. They are far enough away from the oceanfront to give way to locals.

Esoteric honors the experience of food and drink, appreciate it, and once more helps build a local community of people who want to be a part of this movement. This is why they offer a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Their N/A selections include seasonal flavors of Kalo hemp-infused seltzer, Culture Pop probiotic soda, and fresh lemonades and limeades.
