Profile
Epif features a cozy, welcoming interior filled with color and special elements. They have a large mural titled “Ivanna and the Cosmic Llama,” the bar top is made from skateboard scraps, the two-top tables are made from recycled gym bleachers, the four-top tables were brought from their restaurant in Chile, and the banquette seating is made from repurposed church pews.
Epif’s cuisine is distinctive since it normally transforms meat-centric South American recipes into 100% vegan meals (with many gluten-free, nut-free, soy-free, and sugar-free options). With a concentration on accents of fresh herbs and vegetable powders, they produce vibrant, healthful, and well-balanced dishes, often using local, organic ingredients. Epif serves traditional food, making it neither a Chilean nor a Peruvian restaurant. They serve South American cuisine with a twist inspired by the Andes region!
The largest collection of pisco in Portland can be found at Epif. On their cocktail menu, you’ll find the tastiest Pisco Sours in town and unusual, distinctive homemade Pisco cocktails. They also have a complete bar, local beers on tap, a wine selection, and a variety of delectable mocktails (non-alcoholic cocktails). Their N/A options include an Aurora Hemp Elixir, which is made with 25mg CBD and flavor options like rosemary grapefruit, cayenne citron, or blackcurrant spruce.
