Pop’s Blue Moon is at the vanguard of the N/A bar movement, offering over 30 non-alcoholic canned drinks, as well as a wide selection of liquors and beers without alcohol. According to co-owner Josh Grigaitis, astonishingly, 30% of the bar’s overall sales are non-alcoholic. Currently, Mighty Kind uses the pub as a tasting area for its N/A botanical and cannabis-infused seltzers and other drinks.

A distinctive private event area is available at Pop’s Blue Moon in the storied Hill district. This location mixes live performance space, art, and a bar. You can reserve pleasant hours and evenings for your own use. The area is available to the public on Monday through Saturday during happy hours and at night. Since 2018, Grigaitis has been promoting the New Moon N/A Saturday. It’s like normal Saturday nights at a bar with live music and great drinks – but without the booze.

Grigaitis is a mainstay of St. Louis’ nightlife. He has, among other things, worked for Pop’s Blue Moon, the family business, for many years and is currently experimenting there. Grigaitis made the decision to stop drinking, which inspired him to explore other interests and make new acquaintances, including the creators of the neighborhood non-alcoholic beer brewery WellBeing Brewing.
