Profile
While working together at a nearby restaurant, Mike and Ty had the concept for 3 Daughters Brewing. They discovered they had a passion for developing unique craft beers and beverages, so they made the decision to advance their brewing. As Mike and Ty increased their production of beer and the demand for it increased, they decided to look for a sophisticated, compact brewing system that would fit in the restaurant. Instead, they brought home a 30-barrel industrial brewhouse larger than the dining room itself.
Thus, 3 Daughters Brewing was established. It opened its doors to the public in St. Petersburg in December 2013. The brews at 3 Daughters Brewing change as frequently as the team think of new ones. It is Florida’s biggest independent brewery and one of the regional breweries with the quickest growth. In order to satisfy consumer demand for high-quality craft beverages, the collection is continually growing. Craft beer, hard cider, wine, sangria, and Florida Hard Seltzer are now on the menu.
Non-alcoholic CBD seltzers are also one of the things that 3 Daughters Brewing creates on-site. At three different bars, they have 42 rotating taps. The bar has the handprints of the 3 Daughters on one end and a brick on the other. The brick is from the Louisville, Kentucky, brewery owned by the three daughters’ great-great-grandfather. The Luigart & Harting Malt Mill Brewery was established in 1872 and shut down in 1878. Today, the structure is still standing.
