Chang’s is the daily creation of meals from scratch in each location. It was founded in 1993 by Philip Chiang and Paul Fleming.
P.F. Chang’s is the first-ever multi-unit restaurant concept in the United States that honors and celebrates the 2,000-year-old legacy of wok cooking as the focal point of the patron experience. Since the beginning, the chefs cooked hand-roll dim sum, chopped and sliced all vegetables and meats, made every sauce from scratch, and wok-fry every dish. The N/A options include freshly brewed iced tea, pots of full-leaf tea, and Simply Lemonade. P.F. Chang’s is literally everywhere! I didn’t know they even serve non alcoholic options. This site is very helpful!
