Timothy J. Parker and his wife, Dali, established the Chula Vista Brewery in memory of their two children. They aim to make the community a better place to live, work, and play by collaborating with neighborhood companies to improve the surrounding commercial sector. The emphasis is on client relaxation and customer happiness. They uphold the level of exceptional service and take pride in providing prompt, courteous service to each and every one of their clients.

Each visitor to Chula Vista Brewery will receive craft beers of outstanding quality and flavor in a welcoming environment. They are the only brewery owned by Black (and Brown) people in San Diego County. The brewery is a location where locals and others from the neighborhood can get together and socialize in a laid-back setting. While committed to being the greatest neighbors they can be, they always encourage the creation of an inviting and enriching space to meet.

The brewery offers a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. The N/A options include foundation drinks like Root Beer, Raspberry Iced Tea, and Diet Pepsi, which are available for refills.

The Chula Vista Brewery takes pleasure in helping the community and is happy to contribute beer to support local schools and nonprofit groups’ fundraising efforts.
