etta is an affordable neighborhood restaurant that provides great wood-fired meals. It is run by the same creative partners who created the award-winning steakhouse Maple & Ash. Partner and Chef Danny Grant sprinkle his favorite seasonal dishes, which are skilfully created in collaboration with his culinary staff, across each menu centered around the wood-fired hearth.
The 8,000-square-foot, one-story restaurant has a terrace outside and a trellis inside, creating a garden-like ambiance. A wood-fired oven prepares the locally sourced and seasonally appropriate food on the menu. A lively and welcoming atmosphere is what visitors can anticipate, making it ideal for a special occasion with friends or a family supper. A welcoming crew that has received extensive training will greet guests, and an amazing food and drink selection, including only the best ingredients, will be offered.
Everyone will find something they enjoy at etta, from crave-worthy pizza and toasty focaccia to fresh, crisp seasonal salads and family-style shared pig and lobster lunches. The open kitchen design at etta offers visitors a similarly intimate experience as the kitchen is the hub of interaction within a home. etta serves a wide selection of cocktails and mocktails. The non-alcoholic options include the Special Occasion, made with Clean Co N/A Tequila, charred pepper pineapple, basil blood orange, and lime.
