You can examine the wine list, and their sommelier is available to help you make decisions and create a wine-pairing program for your occasion. Tony Snyder, the executive chef, uses only fresh, regionally sourced ingredients. A carefully curated wine and drink menus are available at the bar.

For non-alcoholic drinkers, Board & Batten serves mocktails as requested by patrons. You may ask the bartender for a full list of the drinks menu or craft one. Fever Tree Ginger Beer and Partake’s Blonde Non-Alcoholic Brew are also available.
