Eem has been a collaborative initiative since its inaugural pop-up on New Year’s Eve of 2018. It continues to incorporate significantly various backgrounds and experiences of chefs and veterans in the food industry. This unique restaurant was created by a seasoned restaurateur, a pop-up celebrity, a pitmaster for a barbecue cart, and a poke chef.

Eem’s menu has a section called “Clear Headed,” which means that it’s for customers who want to maintain a clear head all night while still enjoying the company of their friends or their own. You can try their Strawberry Almond Cooler, which makes you feel like you’re napping on an island, made with berries, almonds, lemon & lime, and sneaky spice.
