Kumiko is a Japanese restaurant and bar that offers both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks along with delectable meals. Julia Momosé, the owner and mixologist, combines Japanese ingredients and methods to produce a premium menu of drinks and meals.

For patrons who don’t drink alcohol, “Spiritfrees” are available. Spiritfrees are N/A mixed drinks that are made with different and specific ingredients. One of them, which Momosé has crafted, is Uméboshi Swizzle. Its main components are shiso-pickled umé, lemon, brown rice vinegar, and Japanese seven spice. This drink is described as a salty umami-rich refreshment with a sour taste.
