The Chef’s mission is to introduce food that is a reflection of his culture and experience, doing sustainable organic, local farm and ocean to table, and be the first 100% Alcohol Free Restaurant in the Oregon Coast.
Cuisinako allows diners to expand thier cuisine horizons beyond the usual and expected. The new food hub offers a rustic approach of cooking style and Alcohol-Free beverages with a palatable twist and nostalgic effect that even our Gen.Z and skeptical foodie would come to love.
