The Apothecary is a mix of grace, beauty, and class all at the same time. When I first sat down at one of the cute tables, I felt transported out of the day to day activities buzzing around outside.
Presented with the drink menu, i was blown away by the complexity of the selection
of drinks. At that moment I realized “this was going to be great!” The owner made me a delightful winter mocktail (served in a real crystal glass AND a large sphere ice ball). From the first sip, it dawned on me that I actually didn’t notice the absent liquor. Instead, I was actually buzzing on the experience versus buzzing on the booze. As I sat there sipping on my beverage, people were stopping on by curious, and embracing the new mocktail movement!
